I recommend asking his opinion after giving him your vison and working the ultimate plan out together. I have had some great ideas but the execution of those jobs was not realistic on the budget I was working with. Mike of Non Stop landscaping helped me stay on budget.

"Estimate was written up according to clients request. Understandably, some of our proposals are not accepted by our clients for a number of reasons. However, we are not in the business to travel to a potential customers house, take the time to walk the property with them, and then work up prices and create a proposal just to turn around and not deliver it. That wouldn't make sense. If this did indeed happen, it is our loss."
