I emailed Tim with details about my 36-inch and 46-inch TV problems. He called me within minutes to tell me the likely problems. I took both TVs to him later that day. After examining the 36-inch TV, he told me how to essentially bypass the problem and still be able to use the TV--and NOT have to pay him to repair it. (I followed his advice and it worked perfectly.) He quickly diagnosed the 46-inch TV problem and explained how to contact the manufacturer to get warranty coverage--even though the warranty had expired three months earlier. I called the manufacturer and they agreed to cover the cost of the component and the labor for the repair. Tim fixed the TV as soon as the part arrived at his shop.
The bottom line: I left Tim's shop with both TVs working and never spent a dime. When is the last time that happened? Well, never.
I will never take a TV or similar product anywhere else. Tim is the man when it comes to repairs.

The service was convenient and quick. Arrangements were made to drop off the TV in the morning before work, at which time a deposit was paid, which counted towards my eventual repair work. They quickly confirmed the diagnosis that I suspected - the power supply was fried with multiple transistors popped - and set out repairing it once I have approved. I was able to pick it up before work again the following day or the next. Saved us significant amounts of money compared to buying a new TV...I expect it to be good for another 5 years now.

Made a call based on Angie's List recommendation, described the problem, brought the TV to the shop and within a week it was all done.

I called to have them assess my problem. The secretary was very nice and the technician, Tim, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my tv in and paid $20 to get an assessment done. Within a day they called back and gave me the diagnosis. The SC board was shot and they could rebuild it if they got the parts from China. They did try Panasonic but the boards are not made anymore. I was quoted a price if the rebuild worked. If it didn't work I owed nothing. It took about 3 weeks for the parts to come in and the rebuild to be completed. When I picked it up the tv was running and I owed exactly what they quoted me, minus the $20 diagnostic fee.

PNCR was very professional and timely. The were on-time when they visited my house. They did not have parts with them to repair the TV and took it back to the shop. From there they quickly ordered the needed parts and repaired the TV. They redelivered the TV the same day it was fixed. All in all the repair took under 4 days from pickup to re-delviery.

They repaired our LCD flat screen television. The price was great and they had a good reputation! They did exactly what they said they would do with no hidden fees. And they had a quick turnaround!

We have used their service before. They were great with scheduling. We dropped the TV off to them and they had it repaired within a couple of days. They also updated the software on the TV. The repair has been holding up. I won't go to anyone but them.

Minimal charge for estimate that then was part of the repair price. Very reasonable prices. Stuck to estimate even though One of the computers had extra unforeseen problems but no extra charge. They will fix all of my electronics. Christian, friendly and very patient with explanations to the non geeks of the world. Make sure you take your chargers and power cords. No fancy showroom, you walk into the repair shop. Highly recommend.

PNCR only charges a $20.00 fee to look at your TV for an estimate. They are very professional and were extremely prompt repairing my TV. Good people, would definitely use them them again. Highly recommended.

I have a 22 inch Viore television that no longer had sound or a picture. I stopped by with the tv and was told that it was most likely one of two problems and they would not know for sure until they worked on it. I was told it would cost $20 for them to check out the tv. I left the tv and received a call the next day telling me what the problem was and the total cost which was $75. I was able to pick the tv up that afternoon.

After taking the TV to their shop, it was evaluated quickly as promised. Advise was given on whether it was worth the cost to repair. I feel they were honest with me. I decided to have the TV repaired. It was done in a short time, again, as promised.I am very happy with the professionalism and great customer service. Clearly they will give you an honest assessment and not just one to get them business. I would say they get business because they are honest and word of mouth from satisfied customers would be the thing keeping them in business. I would and have recommended them. I would use them again.

PCNR Technology was professional and straight forward with their services and their findings concerning my TV. I found out the reason for my 46' Samsung's power failure was because of a bad LED panel. PCNR Technology really didn't recommend I should waste my money on it at that point and of course PCNR Technology told me reasons why (very professional I should say).

It turned out there was more damage to TV than initially diagnosed but PNCR repaired at the original quote and kept us informed of what was happening. TV works great now.

I called this business after searching TV repair services on Angie's List. I brought my TV to them @ 4:30 pm on Monday evening, gave them a $20.00 deposit and received a follow up phone call @ 12:30 pm the following day. The technician told me exactly what was wrong with my set and explained that I could have the entire 'main board' replaced for nearly $300.00 or just replace the damaged components for $175.00. I chose the less expensive option and picked my set up before 2:00 pm that day. The set is back in my house and working just fine. Jim and Tim are the tech's that I dealt with and both took the time to show and explain to me what they were going to do. The lady who took my initial call and handled the financial transaction was very nice and friendly. I am very pleased with this experience and highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their, good friend, the TV set repaired.

This company provides top shelf service. I got a quick appointment to diagnose the problem, the technician was very knowledgable regarding my TV and gave me the problem immediately. PNCR gave me price options on the parts that were needed, they got them quickly and even showed up early to install them. The picture I know have is better than before because the technician noticed that the cables had not been connected properly. He even gave me some good advice about my other TV that allowed more functionality.
This service could not have been better.

Even though we never had to take our Phillips Plasma TV into Tim nor did he have to make a trip out to the home, we were so incredibly pleased and appreciative of his service over the phone. Tim spent the time over the phone with us to trouble-shoot and provided his best estimate based on apparent root cause of best path forward (whether it was a somewhat expensive repair or recommendation to purchase a new TV). It goes to show that he is about commitment to the customer, assisting the customer with his expertise with a recommendation, and not just about the bottom line numbers in profit.
We, in the end, decided after 8 years with the plasma TV to purchase a new one. However, if we are ever in need of a TV repair, we will be calling/visiting this place! Thank you.

Our TV began having problems initializing when we first turned it on and the problem seemed to be getting worse. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the options. He ordered the replacement part and regularly kept us informed on delivery. The part was installed the day they received it and made sure it was properly set up for our model. Everyone we talked to was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and the costs seemed very resonable. We will use them again if a need arises.

I had an LG plasma TV fail on the morning of 12/5/12. I called LG
before I went to work that morning and because LG scheduled service in
4-hour blocks, I was unable to schedule an in-home repair until the
11th. PNCR called me later that morning to confirm, and concerned that
my TV would be out of commission for six days, arranged for a repair
visit late in the afternoon. Later in the day, the service rep called
to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He arrived promptly and the TV was
back in service within a half hour.
