Mr Comfort LLC

It was determined that ghe condenser that was installed 4 months prior was bad and needed replacement. Our Warranty company approved. I called to schedule the appointment for weeks, then months with no answer and no replies to the voicemails left.. Our warranty company was finally able to get a hold of the company to schedule the appointment for today between 9 and 12. No show.
We will be going with someone else.

I first contacted Mr. Comfort LLC on 1/20/16, as I was referred by my home warranty service after placing a claim. My upstairs heating unit isn't functioning properly, and Mr. Comfort LLC was supposed to provide service, as per my home warranty.  We were forecast to have a significant snow storm over the next two days, and I understood when they were not able to schedule an appointment right away.  The woman I spoke to indicated that she would contact me within a couple of days to schedule an appointment.  I contacted them again on 1/27/16, one week later, as I had not heard from them.  We had gotten a significant amount of snow, and the woman I spoke to (same as the first time) indicated they were just getting back in the office, and she would have someone dispatched to my home by the end of the week.  I called again on 2/4 and 2/11, leaving messages and receiving no response.  I texted their emergency line on 2/16, and left a message as well.  I still have not received a response from them.  I finally contacted my home warranty service and asked that they refer me to another repair company, as I could not get an appointment or even a response from Mr. Comfort LLC.  They tried to contact Mr. Comfort LLC before referring me to another company without success. 

I can't speak to their quality of work or pricing because I could not get an appointment with them.  This is unacceptable customer service, and I can't recommend the company to anyone.
