KELVIN was easy to work with and even came to do my job on his day off. I needed LVP that had been removed during a kitchen remodel to be put back down. He and his wife did an awesome job and the floor looks like new. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

They not only are affordable but also faster and they do exactly what you asking them to do . They speak Spanish and English.

It was a best home improvement experience weâ ve ever had. They took old carpet , moved furniture while laying new flooring, added baseboards, and cleaned up very quickly and carefully. Whole condo done in day and a half! Great value and team.

Kelvin and his team did an impeccable job. We left our home for four days. When we returned all furniture had been moved( as shown in photos sent while we were gone). Upon our return everything was back in place and our new floors and steps were installed perfectly!!! We were very fortunate to have found this company!!

JKD was professional and efficient. We received a quote on a Friday. The following Monday JKD already had the supplies delivered to our house. The whole project was scoped for 5 days of work, but finished in 4. The JKD crew made sure to clean up everything once the job was completed. Highly Recommend!!!

JKD home remodeling they completed 800 sq ft of vinyl and I was very satisfied they did a very good job they left clean and my furniture organized

He had no concern for the safety and health of myself by his refusing to wear a mask when asked to in my home. Did not cover my furnishing and floors. leading to saw dust getting all over my home and belongings that I had to clean, At the end of the job tried to get me to pay $174 extra for no reason.

I have used Santiago flooring multiple times. He is extremely professional, the results are magnificent, he is punctual and cleans up after the job is done. I highly recommend this company.

I couldn’t be happier! Kelvin, Daniela and their team did an incredible job installing our floors. I wanted herringbone luxury vinyl and Kelvin immediately knew the right product to use to achieve my dream floors and brought it to my house that same day to show me. They started the project 2 days later and completed about 1,900 sq ft in 4 days. They worked SO hard making all the tedious cuts that comes with a herringbone pattern and it looks amazing. We also had several areas that needed to be leveled in order to achieve a uniform look across our whole house so they had to add concrete in some areas and remove tile in others. No problem for them! They were so respectful of our home and kept a very clean and organized work area. They are kind people that I would quickly hire again and recommended to everyone. The price was extremely fair and worth every penny.
