Gave me a quote and did not honor. I originally hired, but was told quote was not accurate and declined to perform any work. I would not recommend this business to any other people who have a need for services.

"Did you actually sustain any losses as a result of this "mistake"? We did not begin any work because the mistake was this caught before we began? Was this quote substantially lower than the other quotes you received? We do not believe we have to honor a quote that was an honest mistake to the tune of about $1500.00."

Mr. Branch was great it started to rain in the middle of the job and he still completed the job to my standards. My grass was very tall and now the yard looks great. He was very professional and easy to deal with. It was also very easy to stay in contact with him, very fast response and a very short period of time between first contact to quote to work completion!

Mr. Branch was awesome! I ordered my blinds a little too small and Mr. Branch moved the brackets in and they look fabulous! I will definitely use Windows by Lorna again!

I called Mr. Branch after another contractor failed to show up on three occasions in the same week. My request was last minute, and a rush as it was Thursday and I needed the lawn cut and weeded before guests arrived Friday eve (the other contractor was scheduled to come Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, but never showed any of those times). Mr. Branch came to assess my yard the same day I called him, and finished the yard on Friday before my guests arrived. My neighbor even commented on how nice the yard looked! I will be using his services again!

The job was done at a very low price and the results were what I paid for even though we discussed what I wanted. Hedges were ridiculous! My kids could have done a better job AND they would've cleaned up afterwards. I hired someone else to complete the job correctly.

"Mario should understand what is the difference between hedges and small trees in his yard. the hedges he discussed are actually juniper trees individuals use to hide their homes neighbors and they were properly done."

Mr. Branch is a lovely old gentleman but he is slow and I needed to repeat my requests several times. It would be helpful if he carried a notepad and wrote down the items he needed to do. His prices are fair and he is a cooperative and polite man.
