Description of Work: Our AC had died and we worked with American AC and Heating to replace the unit. They were fast and reasonably priced. Overall great experience and I would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreRemoved old unit and installed new system. Properly braced and positioned unit to make it easier to service and check as needed. All air lines were properly sealed and checked. The old system was removed by them. nothing was left behind.

They call me a couple of weeks before my appointments are due and I can always get the appointment the next day or wherever I need it done. The repairmen are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They show up when they say they are going to show up and do the job and leave. I haven?t shopped around for pricing but I think it is fair.
Description of Work: I used American Heating & Air to do the routine maintenance on my heat pump.

+ -1 moreThis appointment went very well. They showed up on time, checked the unit out, cleaned it and then added Freon. After they were done, they informed me that it should work great. They made sure I was happy and then left. They were very courteous, polite, easy going and they did a great job. The work was covered under a protection plan that I have, so I only had to pay the deductible.
Description of Work: I had them do the maintenance on my a/c unit for the summer. They cleaned it and refilled the unit with Freon.
