Dave Taylor has provided services to our family for many years. Initially, he performed the annual testing for the "backflow" device of our irrigation system as rqd by James City County, VA (& completed and submitted the required forms to the County for us). He has always been punctual, efficient, and professional. He's gone beyond that and has immediately responded to my several calls to him for information and service over the years. An added bonus is that his price has always been the most reasonable in our area. He repairs backflows as well. After almost 20 years, we needed a repair and he made it quickly at a reasonable price. Within the past 2 years, he has started performing the annual turn on/turn off of residential irrigation systems. Given his prior excellent work, we switched to his company for this service. Again, the cost of the annual contract was less than our previous provider. He likely repairs irrigation systems as well, but we haven't had need of that service. He is to provide backflow testing & irrigation turn on/off for us in 2018. I recommend him and his company very highly.

I paid for an annual service contract and received a card scheduling service for 5/24. Quoting the card: 'We will file the paperwork to JCSA and will send you a copy for your records". They did not come on 5/24 or any time thereafter. Based on calling the county, no papers were filed. They have not answered repeated calls. Stay away from this vendor.

Fast friendly and courteous

Arrived on time and performed the service. They take care of the paperwork with the county. Extremely well organized-- they keep track of when your service is due and notify you about a month and a half before. They arrive on the date scheduled. We are extremely pleased with their service and professionalism.

This is the second year of required testing done by this Company. Punctual and very courteous. As before, Dave Taylor activated the water line, checked all valve and seals before testing. Two days after the test I received his invoice indicating services paid - I paid direct - and a copy of the report submitted on our behalf to the City Public Water Dept as required.
