Xylem Tree Experts is a TCIA Accredited Company. This accreditation requires Xylem to undergo rigorous inspections and audits from the Tree Care Industry Association. The TCIA Accreditation is the highest certification available in our industry. Xylem operates out of Wakefield Virginia, and has administrative and sales offices in Norfolk, Virginia. Xylem Tree Experts has six (6) ISA Certified Arborist. Xylem also has CTSP’s (Certified Tree Safety Professionals) on Staff. In the event of a storm or natural disaster Xylem Tree Experts can have management and resources at your disposal within minutes and we maintain 24 hour a day 7 day a week emergency services. Xylem Tree Experts is capable of provided large quantities of resources in the event of a natural disaster. Xylem Tree Experts strives to hire qualified Arborists and Drug Tests all applicants and employees. Xylem Tree Experts possesses state of the art equipment and uses modern arboriculture processes for all work. Xylem Tree Experts arborists are trained to ANZI Z133 standards and are under the direct supervision of Certified Arborists. Xylem Tree Experts employees under go basic safety training within the first 30 days of employment to include First Aid and CPR, Flagger Certification, Proper PPE, and Basic Tree Worker, and Electrical Hazard Awareness. Xylem Tree Experts supports and promotes continuing education and advancement of all employees.

"Dear (Member name removed): We have reviewed our customer list and our accounting system. We do not show you as a customer in our data base or billing. We have one client with the last name (Member name removed) that we gave a proposal to remove 1 stump however we did not do any work for that customer. We further checked with the accounting department and can not find any payments under (Member name removed).
