We serve the Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake area in both residential and commercial work. Our company motto has always been "Do good work and be Honest". This means we strive to be upright in our dealings and do the highest and best quiality work possible. Mention Angies list and recieve a discount.

He arrived at the scheduled time, surveyed the problem, and provided an estimate. He then began the repair and it was readily apparent he was very familiar with the issue and explained the repair process. He had the proper tools for the repair and it did not take that long.
I am very satisfied with the repair, and the job he did.

Annual expense required by city. This company charges FAR more than anyone else. Would definitely discuss the price up front as they do not negotiate on the back end.
"You were told the price upfront. You knew the price of two other companies you called before us. It would not make sense that you did not know ours if you were calling around and chose us. We do negotiate, but we do it with honest people."

Later the same day I received a call from the technicians to confirm that the hot water heater worked as expected, which it did.
