Wilkinson offered a free inspection. After a thorough inspection of our property outside and underneath the house, there wasn't any evidence of active or dormant termites and it was FREE! We have signed a contract for an annual inspection for $95. Should there be evidence of termites during the contract period, treatment will be included in the annual fee. I found the representatives of this company prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would give them an "A".

They did an excellent job replacing the damaged wooden beams. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. They cleaned the basement area up when they were finished. The structure was holding up very well. No complaints, I would recommend them to anybody.
