WENGER TILE & PLASTERING CO Inc

I started mudding the new greenboard drywall in the hall bathroom I was remodelling, but do to time and health reasons I could not finish.  I consulted a couple of contractors and settled on Wenger Tile because of the price and the level of experience; Preston Wenger said he'd been in the business for over 30 years. He gave me a bid for finishing the drywall to ready for painting and installing tile in the bathroom shower/tub area and floor.  The next afternoon the drywall guys arrived.  I was surprised at how quick they worked! They were only at my house for a little over an hour and mudded and finished MOST of the drywall.  They went so fast that they completely overlooked an area on the otherside of the shower valve wall where my hamper sits and several other areas that were not smooth to a paintable finish.  I use to work in home remodeling and that was not acceptable.  I called Preston Wenger and asked that the drywall guys come back to finish the job, he assured me that would happen, to this day they still haven't shown up. 
The next day the tile guy came, she was really good, she was able to figure out a way to work around trouble areas that were caused by the original construction of the house, for example, some of the studs were not truly 16" on center, the walls and floors were not plumb, and so on; the house was built in 1955. Still, she was able to complete the tile installation in a timely manner; she arrived when she said and worked through the weekend; and the installation came out beautifully.  She earned an "A" rating for her workmanship and professionalism. She is the reason I didn't give the company a lower rating and she was the subcontractor!
During all of this we tried to get Preston to come out and look at the job and so far he has been a no show. He did not follow up on the job.  I did not have the luxury of waiting for the drywall guys or Preston to show up. I have very little experience with drywall so it took me hours of mudding and sanding to smooth out ridges, hills, and other discrepencies they left so I could paint the walls and my family could use the shower again after 2 months of construction. The only contact I have gotten from this company so far is a bill for the job completion.
