Dr. Weaver is the worst pain doctor. He is very rude and treats his patients badly.
Description of Work: I saw him for help with my pain.

Dr. Weaver is a great physician. With the recent scare with steroid shots (meningitis outbreak) his office only uses brand name medicine. The best part of Dr. Weaver, is that he is the consummate professional. You can just tell someone who is confident and proficient in what he does. Lastly, I find that he really cares.
Description of Work: Steroid shots for spine.

As soon as the referral information was sent to his office, we called for an appointment and received one the following day. That evening, Dr Weaver called him to get acquainted and see if he had any questions. On arriving at his office, we were greeted by the staff and given the usual new patient forms to fill out. Our wait was about 15 - 20 minutes - plenty of time to fill out the forms. When we were ushered into his exam room, his vitals were recorded and the doctor entered. He was very gracious and warm and explained what information he had received from the surgeon's office - much more information than we had received from the surgeon. He discussed the procedure and took plenty of time for our questions. We never felt rushed. My husband had the procedure while I waited in a comfortable inside waiting room. The nurse came right out afterwards and told me that he had done very well and would be out shortly to rest in that room for a while. When he was dressed and out, he was offered a beverage and told to relax for a while to be sure he was ok. At the end of that time, Dr Weaver came out to be sure that he had tolerated the procedure well, and to give us instructions for the next few days of recovery. He never made us feel rushed and answered all our questions. My husband reported that it had gone well and was not painful. He experienced significant pain relief before we left the office and reported feeling much better the following day. We will certainly use this provider again if needed.
Description of Work: My husband had been diagnosed with "severe spinal stenosis" and was in nearly constant pain. We were referred to Dr Brian Weaver by his neurosurgeon for an epidural injection.
