Best insurance company out there. Unfortunate that only those with a military connection can use them. Can always reach a live person with questions. Have never had a problem with claims or paying premiums. Can't beat the service.

USAA is one of the most amazing companies when it comes to insurance. They conducted a complete review of my car insurance. When other insurance companies contact me to try to get me to convert and I tell them I am with USAA, they usually hang up immediately or mumble something like, and quot;thanks, i don't believe we can offer anything you'd be interested in.and quot;
