Florists
Crap. The designers are good but the owner is useless. The owner is rude, he skimps on everything. I can understand substitution vs. the pictures on the internet because not all flowers are available at a particular time. But I cannot accept less value than I paid for. Turpins did major substitutions at a much lower quality. They say they guarantee flowers for 7 days but owner argues with you come back to claim. Do not do business here.
