When they first started a year ago, they were wonderful. They were on time, personable and had no problem doing extra work (like pruning). The last few times they have not been as eager to do the pruning. They are not always on time. The owner says that he is having difficulty with the new people. Since they did such a good job in the beginning, we will give them the benefit of a doubt. If this continues, however, we may not have any choice but to look for a new lawn service.
