After Firstone on Granby informed me that I had un-repairable tires due to pucnture on the sidewalls and that they would have to do a search for the odd type and size of tires. Since I did not want to wait too long I did my own research and came upon eric with Tread Quarters on Little Creek Blvd. He gladly took down my information and asked if I had any sort of tire warranty. I gave him all the info and he took the time to make all the calls and provided me with everything I needed to have my tires changed and paid for by the tire and warranty company I had. We made an appointment and I dropped off the car. Shortly after dropping off the car eric called me to inform me that they could not find any hole or leak on either tire even after "dipping" the tire in water. He suggested I keep an eye on the tire and he sent me off on my way without even charging me for anything!
what customer service! He could have easily changed the tires and I would not have been wiser. Specially since I came in there telling him I needed new tires due to a sidewall leak.
I highly recommend Tread Quarters to anyone who needs tire service and make sure to ask for eric. But honestly, everyone one of the desk clerks at Tread Quarters where very professional and easy to talk to and wont take advantage of you.
