Mike Poole worked with us efficiently and with good humor. He is very knowledgable about the Reverse Mortgage -- which is full of pitfalls and is often not right for homeowners. Mike led us through the advantages and disadvantages of this type of financing and helped us make a decision. He seemed to feel that ours was the most important project on his desk and spend many extra hours answering questions and doing specific research for us. Once signed, the application went through on time and without a hitch. And we feel as if we have found a new friend.

He called back very quickly after any phone calls I made to him and he worked with me on a Sunday evening to expedite the process. I feel comfortable getting my home mortgage through Towne Bank.
