 + -1 moreMy wife purchased a sectional from the dump. it was delivered and was either damaged at the warehouse or during delivery. They have been completely unresponsive to the fact that their merchandise is damaged and have avoided every call my wife has made to them. She has called every day, many times a day since the 3rd of May. They have finally agreed to have a technician check the sectional. There is always the express warranty of merchantability and they are a fraud and don't stand by the customer or their shotty products. NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVERY PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES! Update 15Jun14 Still have the broken furniture. They stated they will get new pieces in soon and we can hold on to the junk. However, the bill wasn't late! The saga continues nearly a month in. The avoided my wife, gave her the run around and have been disrespectful. They are the worst!
