Taylor Construction

It was a lot. The decking alone was about $22,000, including the material. The fence was about $7000. It was a turnkey. The whole thing, all of it, was about $50,000 to $60,000. They could have gotten permits that they should have gotten. But I can't fault Taylor. It was the project manager that didn't do it. The project manager was wonderful. He was easy to talk to and text whenever I wanted to. He always got back to me. He was fabulous. There was never an issue. He was great. It's just that there were some things that he messed up on. I think he had only been with them a couple of years. He was still learning. We used composite decking and metal railing. It's gorgeous. Everything that was done, was top notch. It's 'A' for siding, 'A' for decking and maybe 'B' for fencing.
