Superior Plumbing

Terrible experience with Superior Plumbing. The plumber who came out was professional and did a great job. I was actually very happy with the service I had received from him. Unfortunately, the company, Superior Plumbing, was terrible. When I called to set up the service, I asked for a quote and was given an amount in labor plus parts. Reasonable, I went ahead and scheduled the appointment without calling anyone else. When I later received the bill, the labor charge was twice what I'd been quoted. I called the company and a woman, whose name I did not get, told me she was forwarding my issue to Tom. I expected to hear from Tom, but instead got a call from the plumber. After talking to the plumber, I called the company and asked to talk to Tom. The woman, who had been very polite and professional earlier, muttered "Oh my god," and forwarded me to Tom. Right at the start, Tom was rude, cut me off several times, threatened a lien on my home along with additional legal charges, and hung up on me. I had never experienced anything like it when talking to a company, and I was frankly shocked. I called right back, and the woman told me I could only talk to her. She was also now very rude, also cut me off, reiterated Tom's threat of a lien, and then after telling me she was not hanging up on me, hung up on me. I would gladly bring the plumber out again as an independent contractor, but I will never use Superior Plumbing again. If you choose to, make sure you get everything in writing in advance.

They are very dependable, very honest, they came out quickly and they did a good job. I will recommend them to others.

Great work.   They came and did the work on the same day we called.  Very friendly and reasonably priced.   Would definitely use them again.

I have used them from a long time.  Overall they did fine.  Their price was pretty fine; it seemed fair to me.  I have been happy with their service in the past and they have serviced me quickly whenever I had a problem.

The problem was solved and has not returned. It was done with practically no mess and without any damage to a tender flat roof. We were also very impressed by the fee. We've had other plumbers in who put in far less work and charged us far more. Superior was referred to us by a friend who had them install a new boiler. Obviously, they were as satisfied with that major project as we were with the small one. They will definitely be our first call in the future.
