+ -1 moreThey're pretty much at the top we've used them for several years. They're reliable, they come and they professional, they do the inspections they replace everything. When your out of A/c and they can come quickly that;s very important.
Description of Work: I use SMI Mechanical for heating and A/c services. We've had new air conditioners put in and they come and service our heating and air conditioner in the spring and the fall.
