The owner was a jerk. He told me I didn't know what I was doing because the machine had been dropped and the main shaft had to be bent. I would not recommend him if you are confident women who knows what she needs as he was very condescending and insulting. He wasted a month of my time and told me he was too busy to return my phone call even when he said he would call me back within a half hour. I am a retired Navy Parachute Rigger and know what I needed. I found the part I needed elsewhere and the machine works beautifully.

My initial contact was by email March 10th with no response. When I visited this shop & dropped broken parts off on March 13, I was told by Wayne "no problem I have store room full of machines and I should get to it the following week". I called 2 times and received excuses as now there is an urgent need for machine repairs due to the Pandemic. On my 3rd call April 9th was told I think I have one & need to check if shaft size matched & he'd call within an hour. On my 4th call April 13th he let me know he didn't have the parts. He never called back to let me know. He said he was too busy. Very poor customer service!
