Awful - Roy the owner of Seven Cities Granite will not respond to our dissatisfaction- awful customer service. We had granite installed 6/2017 - called immediately to tell him our concerns - granite looked like it had water stains and smudges all over - looks dirty despite being cleaned. Also many deep scratches. Kept promising to come out and look at it - excuses excuses won't come out. Very disappointed now won't return calls - stay away!
