 + -1 moreHe was previously hired to repair a Freon leak in an AC unit but before the summer was over, the unit was not working again. He was then hired the next spring to install a new system. After 4 days, he had not completed the work and had cut a strut in the roof truss without permission to fit a larger coil into the attic space instead of getting a smaller unit or trying a different configuration. I had to hire someone else to do the work and he would not offer a refund.
Description of Work: Install a new AC unit.
