I was very unhappy with their repair service. I will never purchase another appliance from them. It was the 7th or 8th time they had come to repair the same problem and they still didn t get the problem fixed. It was somewhat fixed, but not completely. It has been frustrating to deal with. My refrigerator was under warranty.

They were a fairly decent company. They finished the job in the estimated time given and nothing needed repair yet. The crew was pretty professional and knowledgeable. The price was fair and if needed, I would use them again. I would recommend them to my neighbors because they were so polite and cleaned up when they left.

This is just one of many trips Sears has made to our home. We have been calling them for appliance repair for many years and they have always solved the problem with a minimum of effort. The technician arrived promptly, as always and spent about ninety minutes working before it was repaired. He had good manners and did not leave a mess. The ice maker has worked perfectly ever since.

Sears did a good job and completed it within one day after we dropped it off. We've used Sears before for tires and feel they're reliable and honest. We've had no problems since with anything they repaired.

Sears sent someone out the next day after we called. They had one part and had to order another so they came back the following week to do the repair. It had to do with the ice filtration system. We've had no problems since. This was under warranty.

These guys were okay and they did what they came out to do. I guess for me no one is perfect so that was the reason for the C's. I felt they were just average, they were not bad, but not perfect. As far as the cost of the repair, my husband took care of that part.

We have a service contract with Sears that we purchased with our appliances. It is an extended warranty contract that was included in the purchase. They are very prompt about coming out to service appliances. They are very professional, very clean, and very knowledgeable. They have always done a good job.

Sears did a great job for me. The oven was pretty bad off when I called them and I didn't want to have to buy a new one. They came out and cleaned it up so it looked like a brand new one. They were definitely a very honest company and we had a contract with them.

These guys were very good to me. They could have just fixed the stove and it probably would have quit again in a couple of month, but they were honest about it. They decided they would replace it so I wouldn t have any future problems with my stove. This was covered under my service contract.

Sears was a very dishonest company. They told us that they would replace the dishwasher because they have been out here 3 times to change the fuse. They kept giving me the run around and I had no choice but to stick with them until my warranty ran out. After that I will never use Sears again for anything.

This wasn t the first time I had them out to do repairs and like every time before the problem was taken care of smoothly and resolved. The ice maker was giving us trouble and since they worked on it, it has worked like new. They were very professional and considerate servicemen and they did what was needed as quickly as they could. My refrigerator was still under warranty.

We are real pleased with the service on our car. The tires are Michelin brand which we feel is a great tire with a good warranty. They are very friendly at the service station. We highly recommend their service.

Sears did a really good job on our carpeting. They came out after we picked out what we wanted and they had it all installed in one day. We have used Sears for many things in the past, and they have always done a good job for us.

Sears came right over to look at my washer and made a couple of adjustments on it. The contractor explained what was going on and was very nice and knowledgeable. I used Sears a lot because they were a good company. My washing machine was under warranty.

Sears responded quickly to my call. The serviceman was able to tell me what the problem was right away and he also had the part on hand so he was able to fix it right away. He was a very nice man who was so polite. I have had no problems with my freezer since. The work was covered under warranty so there was no cost to me.

They always sell very good products and the man that came out and installed the new opener did a very good job. We haven't had any problems with their work or the garage door opener. I was very satisfied with this company. I can't remember the price though.

They did an impressive job. I like that they stood by their appliance and service contract. They were very quick. They responded the same day of the call and got the repair done right away. The service guy explained the repair, showed me the part he removed and put in. Only area of improvement would have been in the appearance of the service guy. He was not clean shaven. This was under warranty.

I was happy with Sears and they did a great job on my refrigerator, but I felt they were a little high on their price. They got the refrigerator fixed and we have not had any problems with it since, so I guess it was worth the money that we paid. I am on a fixed income and I didn t like spending money like that.

If we need new tires, or something more minor, we usually take our vehicles to Sears. Their prices are extremely low, and they have an assembly line type system over there, that speeds up the service. The new tires were on, and front end aligned in about forty five minutes. The handling of the car was noticeably better, after we had this done.

Sears did a good inspection for us. They wasn't very much to do, but they made sure everything was working properly. I have been using them for quite some time and have always been satisfied. Their price was for a 4 year contract that covered inspections and repairs.

I think that Sears did a good job. I have not had any problems with the tires since they put them on. The tires are very well balanced and seem to be fine. It did not take them long to put the tires on. I thought the job moved rather quickly. I was amazed at how quickly my vehicle was finished. I have no complaints and will probably go back to Sears next year to have newer tires put on.
