I cannot express my gratitude enough for Martha Reed and Bill Bisbee, and RBG Incorporated. Their outstanding craftsmanship, conscientious work ethic, attention to detail and overall personal and professional character and nothing less than 1st class!! They installed a beautiful sliding patio door in my dining room, converting from windows to door in my brick home. I did a good amount of homework before selecting a contractor, RBG was the first I met with in fact, and I think I knew then that I wanted RBG to do the work. There seemed to be a miscommunication for what was to be done. I requested that a wall needed repair and mentioned some areas around the area. At first, they only repaired the outside wall and not the inside. To do the inside and an area above the wall was another $900. When I complained, they suggested that I get somebody else to do the work since they were very busy. They installed exterior doors and did a very good job. I was happy with the wall repair, but it did not include painting or caulking on the exterior. I asked them to install a vanity and they said they could do it, but later recommended another installer who said that they could not do. it.

I chose this contractor because of the great reviews. They were to replace an exterior bedroom door to a deck. They mistakenly replaced a door to the dining room deck. A door I purchased and had delivered and placed outside the bedroom wall. When I talked to the man who had done the work he apologized and promised, as the "good business man" he was, to make it right. He was going to purchase and replace the door that I had originally asked to be done. He had me send the invoice so he could purchase the same door. He gave me a date that it would be completed. I was impressed as now the house would be ready for my summer rental. When the date for completion passed and no work was done I tried calling. I sent texts, I sent emails I left voice mails, no return calls or responses. When I finally contacted the main office and told them who I was the woman stopped me before I could ask what was happening and said "Stop right there. I know who you are. We had a meeting and decided we weren't going to fix anything and told the contractor not to answer your calls or contact you. It was your fault we put in the wrong door" As she was speaking over me and raising her voice I said I wasn't getting the help I needed and would have to contact Home Advisor about the customer service and error made. She said go ahead we already told them about you. I now have to find another contractor and buy another door and compensate my rental guests for the loss of use of that third floor deck as I cannot meet my deadline. They couldn't admit their mistake and told their contractor to ignore my calls thereby never notifying me they were not honoring their promise to make it right. My husband and I have built homes and been consultants to national home builders for over 30 years we have never had this kind of customer service. They had a little problem with door installation (no fault of their own),defective door. They replaced and got it right.

They were very fast to respond to my calls. They actually made time to come and fix my door and door frame due to it leaking water inside my house. The work was done in one day and they even fixed what i had messed up myself trying to make temporary repairs. Price was very competitive and work was done quickly and properly.

Reed and Martha did a fantastic job. They provided us with the tools to design our own doorway and installed it beautifully. They also took extra care to minimize dust and debris in our home, which was challenging to do while using power tools on an open doorway! We'd recommend them (and already have) to anyone who wants a professional job done for a reasonable price by really nice, friendly pros!

Very thorough and professional. He came by my work at a convenient time to pick up payment for my convenience. All work was performed on time and on budget to my specifications.

I changed my mind and had them install a french door instead and they didn't skip a beat to special order the french doors to my specification. Beautifully done and personable. Would hire them again.

Very reasonable price and expert craftsmanship

Bill was not pushy and worked with me. Installed a exterior door with a custom doggie door insert. He took his time in getting the right doors to be installed. Very happy with the workmanship. There was no mess to clean up after they left either. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

A professional team! Bill shared with me my expectations of the product and service I was paying for and, I appreciated that. He always picked up my call, addressed my questions, concerns and ideas. His team were on time and skilled with their work. End result, I am very happy with my doors! I will hire Bill for future projects on my home.

They take pride in there work. They made repairs to three pieces of siding that were missing and falling off.

Did not arrive at appointed time. Took weeks to complete rather than the one day as promised. Wanted full payment before the job was completed.

They listened to my door "problem" and agreed to install the new door. We signed a contract, set a date and accomplished the work in very good time in spite of problems with the door. They were clean and kept the area clean and left no debris behind. They finished by putting furniture back and wiping up the floor. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to everyone I know.

project:install storm door. called right away; owner listened to our needs very reasonable cost for project ;was ontime to the minute,got to inspect job site figured out what had to be done did it first time one time explained and recommended as needed well done would hire againonly issue not their fault loose wire from door bell.Instillation as good as it gets. They were prompt calling with estimate, after I signed contract they called and set up work appointment. I was called on day of appointment to let me know they were on their way. All work was completed in timely fashion, when work was completed all debris and trash was cleaned up. Along with installing storm doors they replaced some facing around the doors. Thank you for a job well done. I will call you for additional work.

Bill Bisbee did a great job communicating expected arrival times, including the need to reschedule due to heavy rain. Cleanup was thorough. Very pleased with the work and the customer service.

Had Bill instal a storm door, had to rip out old moulding first. Did a kick-butt job in no time. Love the job they did and would hire again and recommend to everyone.
