Was very polite when we first spoke and I took his word he would contact me around the first week of July and he did not. Service was not performed.

Found this provider on Angie's List after and quot;dealand quot; with another company never came to pass. This father/son team was on time, extremely efficient and incredibly polite. Excellent work ethic and the prettiest our windows have looked in a number of years. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend this duo.

I'm getting ready to put my house on the market. Wouldn't do it without the services of these kind gentlemen!

I found them on Angie's List and they were great, efficient and friendly. They did really good work and I was very happy with them. They were very responsive and professional.

Last thing to do before closing on rental property was wash windows. Two other companies refused to do it because they could not remove the storm windows nor slide them so all windows could be washed in and out. I also could not get them to slide or come out, thats why I hired a professional.
Mr Woody first informed me that he would not be available due to short notice and prior committments. About an hour later, he called back and said he could work me in. I explained about the windows and he said he was aware of that type of window and knew how to remove them. He and his son came out the next day, was able to remove the windows and in no time they were sparkling. He and his son were friendly, professional, courteous, obviously, knew what they were doing.
He charged $150, the least of any others I called. I gave them a healthy tip for coming to my rescue

Very good work

This is the second time (at a one-year interval) that we hired Poor Boy's. The quality of the work from this father-son team is beyond belief. They clean everything meticulously...sills included. The father has been cleaning windows for nearly 40 years, totally loves what he does, and has absolute pride in the quality of his work. I cannot say enough good things about this team.

Love this Father and Son team. They are hard workers, on time and get this!!!!!! They communicate!!!! WOOOHOOOO. I will never go anywhere else for my windows and honestly neither should you.

We were having a party that weekend so I hired Poor Boys. They were real friendly, on time and did a great job. They even moved furniture so they could get to the windows. I thought they did a good job and would use them again.

This is a father/son (Ed/James) team, and they are amazing. Ed has been cleaning windows for 45 years, and James 20, and they work exceptionally well together. The price we paid was very reasonable for what was done...about $50 less than an estimate we had received from another reputable firm. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this team.

They arrived on time and were very professional. We had not had our windows professionally cleaned since we moved into our home about 4 years ago. We live near a tidal river so get salt spray during heavy winds.
They brought all of the equipment they needed to clean all of the windows inside and out. They removed screens and cleaned them and the sills (good by coal dust!). They even repaired a screen bent by some fly-by-night cleaners who had 'cleaned' them two years ago.
We have a two story Great Room with large windows the same size as the double sliding glass doors under them, and for the first time in years, they just sparkle. While they were cleaning, they noticed a large, fixed mirror in the same room and asked if we wanted it cleaned. We did! They only window that is not perfect is one that has lost its seal and the problem is between the layers of glass where they could not get at it.
I plan to use them again for the outside in the spring and for the whole house next autumn.

These guys are magnificant. Father and son team...got right to work really got into cleaning the sills, making a few recommendations to ensure window health, not sure what they use for cleaning solutions but windex or vinegar pales in comparison. The windows probably hadn't been cleaned in 15 years or so and they made short work of removing the grime. They also managed to open paint-sealed and unwieldy windows and get them cleaned out. I have window a/c units and they recommended my not having them do those yet since they couldn't ensure an adequate job. I will be calling tonight to schedule a fall follow-on appointment since the difference in the before and afters are truly amazing.

He is extremely reliable and books way ahead. There is nothing bad about him.

I called to arrange an appointment with this company in October and because of the holiday rush, it was several weeks before I could get an appointment. I can see why this company is so busy, however. They do great work. The team of two worked together to wash inside and outside of all my windows and also washed the window sills (inside and out) and cleaned the screens. The charge was 10.00 per window but they threw in several windows for no additional cost including the eight garage door windows and two small windows on either side of the front door. I was concerned about the window treatments but was assured that they could do the job without removing them. They did an amazing job. The windows sparked when they were done and I have to say I have not been able to see through those screens in awhile. One of my house guests over the holidays even asked me if I had new window treatments. I told her, "no...I just had the windows professionally washed." I know window washing is something we all think we can do on our own and spending money on this job might be a waste. Let me assure you...this was totally worth it. My windows still look great and I plan to have them come twice a year to do this job. The owner told me to call ahead about six months and just get on their books. They were on time and had the job complete in about an hour....no mess and no problems with the window treatments either. It's nice to be able to let the sunshine in!
