Everything went great, Timothy is very quick and efficient with the work he does. We have a big yard and it takes a lot to keep it up, but with Timothy's help it relieves some of that stress from us. Timothy is a very friendly guy and made sure we were happy with his work before he left. We will be using him again.

I have a friend who highly recommended Tim with Parker Construction because I had told her that I had some work that needed to be done. She gave me his number which I called and he gladly set up a time with me to do an estimate. He came out just a couple days later to look at work needed and provided a very thorough estimate which covered all the following items:
Removing, disposing of and replacing 2 custom windows
Removing, disposing of and replacing front storm door
Removing all old trim from living room and dining room
Prepping and painting 2 rooms (living room and dining room)
Cut and replacing all trim in both rooms which needed to be painted
After looking over the estimate and feeling like the price was pretty reasonable, I emailed him and asked when he could start. He responded quickly and was able to start within a week! He arrived on time the day he said he would start - was courteous and dressed appropriately. At first, I was a little nervous about having someone in my home while I was out running errands, but he completely put me at ease and is completely trustworthy. Whenever a question arose as to how I would prefer something done, he made sure to ask me before just continuing and this never got in the way of the completion time line in which he quoted. He is a great and everything looks wonderful! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will definitely be referring Parker Construction to others!

Tim always does a great assessment of the task, has the right tools, wants to get the job done right and on time -- and he checks in afterwards to make sure everything is going great! I love that I can text him to schedule an appointment or ask a question!
