The initial inspector was polite and detailed the work needed in a manner that was easy to understand.
The men who actually did the work were also polite and performed the work steadily over a long work day. They did their best to keep things neat in our garage area despite the amount of insulation being blown into the attic. They came back when they promised to return, after the insulation had settled, to remove the plastic around the air conditioner and to clean up the walkway in the attic. The best part of dealing with this company is that, a few weeks later, when we had a problem with a broken drywall, the company came immediately to fix the issue and did not charge us for the work.
