NAILS ETC

Extremely popular nail salon, very crowded.  Prices are great and service is very fast.  My provider was "Lily".  She was very fast & distracted in cutting my nails.  She actually pulled at the corner of my large toe nail causing it to rip down and into the skin.  Bottom line was instead of cutting she pulled.  As common w/ foot injuries, lot of blood which she wiped off with the towel she was using.  She immediately got the antiseptic and dabbed it onto my toe, but the top of the bottle touched my bloody toe.  She just recapped it and put it away.  Toe continued to bleed so she got out a bottle of Super Glue and just squirted it onto the injury area.  She didn't cut or file any more of my toe nails just put on the polish.  While doing my fingernails she took the Dremel tool too close to my cuticles and cut 2 of them.  No blood this time.  Let's talk color of the polish.  Naturally, I wanted my toe color to match my finger nail color. I asked for assistance in matching the colors and she just couldn't get it right. The bottle numbers didn't match the numbers on the nail color samples.  Had to settle for Peach toenail polish and Mid-Orange Finger nail polish color.  At the end of my service my toenail was still bleeding.  She apologized.  No discount.
