They come every other week. I've been using them for 2 or 3 years and I'm very satisfied.

wet/dry vacFor the first couple of years all was fine, especially when Marshall was part of the team that came.  Slowly service went south: cobwebs passed over, no liners in the trash cans, corners skipped or they came at 5:30 pm instead of during the day or they might be a no-call, no-show and someone would call in a day or two to reschedule (not good if you planed to have people over the night they were supposed to clean in the day)).  
We'd call and have to leave a message because it was rare to ever talk to a person.  The next time Marshall was there in person he'd take care of the corners that were cut and one time he even brought it up first.  Even though we requested he always be on the team that came, they stopped scheduling him for our house.
 
Then final straw happened.  The team that day said their vacuum cleaner wasn't working and asked to skip vacuuming.  We weren't OK with that and didn't feel our wet/dry vac was an OK substitute.  We agreed they could come back the next day, but then their vacuum magically worked.  Maybe it worked so well the remote was sucked up because we still can't find it.  I called and left a message.  Then they didn't show up at all one week and never called or anything so we went with another company.

I found Ms. Perfection on living social and purchased the vouchers for two 2-man hours of cleaning. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and I got a response the same day to schedule. On the day of my appointment they were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 11 am. They gave me a call about 10:20 saying they were running late and would arrive between 1 and 2 pm. They arrived a little before 2.
Upon coming into my house, I was informed that the living social voucher would not cover the amount of cleaning that needed to be done and was told that it would cost $150 for 2-2.5 hours of cleaning by the 2 member team. I agreed to this because I was desperate to get my house back in order after an illness and being busy opening our own business this year.
I couldn't be happier with what these ladies did in my house. They were there for 3 hours and did an awesome job, and were very professional and thorough. I feel like I have my house back and feel so much less stress regarding this aspect of my busy life.
I was disappointed about the issue with the living social vouchers, however. I feel like I was misled by them. I think they need to be more specific, or do away with them completely. I do have to admit it "got me in the door" and I definitely will have them back and recommend them to my friends.
I want to make sure I mention the team who came to my house. I just hope I don't misspell her name, Rosalind and Ashley were great!

The job was not okay. It was a discounted price from Angie's list but i would not use them again. I would not engage with another cleaning company.

I purchased the big deal this company had last fall.  I received a response from the company within a day of the purchase on the Angie's List message area asking me to go to their website and fill in my contact information (which was already included in the message that was generated from the purchase).  After a week or so I still had not received a call from the company to schedule the appointment so I used their website to contact the company again.  After a couple rounds of phone tag the company and I finally connected.  I talked with Barbara and she said she didn't have any record of my first contact attempt.  EIther way, the appointment was scheduled for 9 am on a day that I was working from home.  On the appointment date no one had showed up by 10:30 so I called the company.  Again, I spoke with Barbara and she said she had no record of my appointment.  She said she'd have a team there at noon.  The team finally showed up at 1:30.  At this point I was already annoyed.  The two ladies that showed up were very nice and started to get right to cleaning.  If I remember correctly the original deal was for a deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors and surface clean of the other main rooms.  I told them one of the bathrooms did not need to be done since it was going to be demolished.  One of the ladies had to leave after being here for only 30-40 minutes but they would be sending a replacement shortly.  Eventually 2 or 3 more people showed up.  It was quite overwhelming to have that many people in the house and the whole event took at least 4 hours. 
I was disappointed with the "deep cleaning" of the one bathroom that was cleaned but all in all it was nice to have an overall surface clean of the whole house in which I didn't have to do any of it.  The service individuals were very nice and I'll give them a pass on the situation since it wasn't their fault.  I am disappointed in the company's admin of appointments and communication.  I will not be using their services in the future.  I would recommend that anyone that does use them make sure they call to confirm the appointment several times.

By the time they finished cleaning, we ended up owing a lot more money. The work was good, they were professional and friendly, it just seemed that this was a sale pitch to get more money. They were excellent sales people.

A 2 woman team arrived on time and with their own equipment and supplies.  The service was supposed to be as advertised in the Angie's List coupon purchased.

The owner worked very well with me to schedule the service.  I appreciate her professional "Can Do" attitude in this.

The level of actual cleaning was not completely what I was anticipating.  Also there were unexpected restrictions and a request for gratuity that was not expected.

You can count on the owner to strive hard and work with you to get the work done at your convenience.

Easy to schedule. Great price. Reliable. They did a wonderful job. Small issue arose during service and they called immediately to tell me. Turned out to be nonissue but I was impressed with their responsiveness.

They finished with 30 minutes to spare and they still left and did not continue to do additional cleaning for my entire 2 hours in which I was allotted.

I purchased a deal for $75.  The bill was over $200 with no phone call to advise that more time was required. A subsequent conversation seemed to indicate a problem with language or understanding what the deal entailed. Owner had difficulty understanding or communicating with me about this.  Customers do not appreciate being blindsided by extra charges especially when required to put the expected payment down before the work is done.

Marshall's team is great but not worth the hassle of trying to schedule.
