After waiting for them to show up or even call for 2 days in a row ......they were a no-show. I had initially called them to come back out and look at a lock that they had fixed three years ago. I am having trouble with it again. They told me that they would be out on Tues. I waited around and after calling their office late in the afternoon...I found out that the repairman would not be able to see me that day. On Wed. I called again.....told them I had to run an errand...when I returned I called them and told them I was home. Needless to say no one ever showed up.....and I never received a phone call from their office. Poor customer service.
