The overall experience went really well. He was respectful for our privacy while working and overall was very professional. He arrived on time and the job took approximately 4 hours. He finished by the time we had to leave for our holiday plans. The new door is better sealed and more secure than the original door. I have another door that I am going to call him back to replace within the next year.
