She was not very good. The negotiating factor was very poor. She made it seem like she was working with the seller more than the buyer, me. She did realize I was on a time crunch so I feel she took advantage of that. The parameters of the house I asked for were not met. She directed me from a lower interest rate lender to a higher interest rate lender. In the end she rushed me to pay the closing costs cause she was only looking out for her own best interest. There was no follow-up on anything after she the loan was closed. I was inexperienced and she really didn’t spend the time helping me along.
