They did me a bad deal on that.  My belts weren't turning the blades right.  They told me the belts had bad spots in them.  I told them I bought new belts from you weeks ago.  They kept it for weeks and weeks.  They hadn't put the belts on right.

Overall, I was more than simply satisfied. What I really love is that they came by and picked up and dropped off the mower at no additional cost. It was a little slower than I liked which prompted me to call. After the call, and realizing it had been a couple of weeks, the service was done right away and the truck dropped it off by the end of the day.

They definitely replaced the carburetor.  Sad part was that it didn't need one.  This place just finds the fastest repair to get the equipment working again.  If that means you have to pay 2-3 times what it would have cost to fix the actual problem, then they don't mind.  Turns out the pin which holds the float in had just worked loose and needed to be put back in place.  Could have been fixed in 30 minutes for labor only.
