Kermit Coots Painting

We hired Kermit Coots to cover the completely unsatisfactory paint job done by another painter as part of a major remodeling project in our house.
Mr. Coots and his brother first came to our house to determine the scope of  the project and the cost estimate.  My wife and I were impressed by the thoroughness of their inspection and their explanation of what they would be doing to correct the first paint job screw-ups.
Their estimate was about half the price of another estimate we received.
The 3 painters arrived at the appointed time and immediately set to work.  They masked what needed to be masked, sanded and then cleaned all of the surfaces that were to be painted, repaired any damage to the walls and molding, and then painted.  They each worked about a 12-hour day and then cleaned up.  The work was satisfactory in every respect.
The next day in the daylight my wife and I discovered some minor items that needed a bit more attention.  We called Mr. Koots and he and his crew were at our house within 2 hours and quickly completed the items we wanted re-worked. 
Mr. Coots and his painters were friendly, courteous and professional.
We will be using Kermit Coots Painting in the future and recommend them without qualification.

They did a very good job.  Their estimate was midrange of all the estimates we received.  They did some additional work that was not included in the estimate, on basis of hourly charges.  Their hourly charges were reasonable.  The quality of work on the outside of the house was excellent.  They worked diligently.  They completed the job in a prompt manner.  I would use their services in the future also.
