Once scheduled, they call to confirm. On the day of the appointment, they called to let us know they would be arriving in 30 minutes. That 30 minutes notice happened to be the exact time they estimated to be onsite. Stephen did a great job of reviewing the job before he started. I appreciated that he took the extra care and time to protect our hardwoods in our foyer and ensure that the hoses were not rubbing on corners (a previous chain carpet cleaning company damaged our hardwoods and the drywall on the corners). We had a couple of high traffic areas in which he treated with extra solution and care. At no point was there an upsell on additional products (like the chains like to do). He also took extra time to ensure the carpets were as dry as possible (in which many cleaners leave too much water which can lead to mold/mildew). This is the 3rd or fourth time we have used Karpetcare Plus and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a good friend refer this company to me and I was glad that I used them. Their price was fair and they didn't take too long to get the carpet cleaned. Our carpet did dry pretty quickly so it wasn't an inconvenience to us at all. They came to our house on time and were very professional.
