My stainless steel kitchen sink had detached from the granite countertop because the silicon holding it up corroded and the installer, another company did a poor job attaching it.  I was able to get an appointment within a week.  The 2 guys arrived on time, got right to work and finished within an hour.  They were polite and happy workers.

I was referred to IFPC by Stahl cabinets who handled my kitchen remodel. We met with the granite manager and looked at options for black granite. She sent us home with a piece of the Black Galaxy granite we were interested in. They sent out someone to do the template for the granite once the job was started. He had great attention to detail and asked very specific questions about how I wanted the granite cut and had some really good ideas regarding the details of the backsplash and the edging. The granite was installed 4 days later. 3 guys carried in one very large piece of granite that fit perfectly. It had all the details we discussed and looks terrific in my kitchen. I am very pleased with my dealings with this company. I would never have found IFPC on my own, but I would definitely recommend them highly and use this company again.

They were great! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. They helped me with my decision on stone and the stone cutter and installers did a wonderful job. I had a very large island and a counter area that was very large and the stone was so heavy it took several men to bring it in. At one point they thought they'd have to cut it to get it into the house but they didn't. They also cut me two hot plates extra. The employees were always very courteous and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and gave me great service at an extremely reasonable price compared to the competition. The stone was of very good quality and they made sure to cut it where the grain showed off best. Additionally the office assistance was excellent and they were always willing to offer advice based on their experience. I also couldn't believe how quickly they installed the counter top. Everything was done in about 2 weeks from decision to cutting to installing. I simply can't recommend them enough!

Brian McCallum at IFPC is great to work with. I can't count the number of times he told me and quot;It's completely up to you. I'll be satisfied when you are. Our business depends upon our customers' satisfaction.and quot;
Upon initial installation, the counter top section at the sink cracked. It was a small crack, but of course, we didn't want that on our new counter. He sent a repair guy out who attempted a repair. It was better, but still visible. I discussed this with Brian, and he said that he would talk to the repairer and get back with me. Brian called back and said, and quot;Let's just replace the whole section.and quot; I was surprised, because it would mean that he might loose money on the job. They would have to fabricate a new section (110 inches long), remove the bad piece and install the new one. That also meant that some of the splash-guards would also need to be replaced. Now it looks prefect!
The reason for the crack was because our existing base cabinets were not all level. No one knew. So, for the re-install, Brian coordinated a contractor that came in on the day of the re-install and leveled the cabinets for only a small charge. IFPC picked up almost all of the bill.
All of the guys on the job were perfect professionals at all times, even when they had to redo half the job.

I called and spoke with the rep on the phone requesting a quote for 43 sq ft of granite countertops. The woman said she would respond within an hour, but rather, NEVER replied or followed up. I used a different company that was much more responsive and professional. In this economy, why would I ever work with someone who can't spare 10 minutes to give me a quote for $3000 in countertops? Completely unsatisfactory.
