I will recommend I&R Lawncare. I am still using I&R Lawn Care through at least September 30. 2023. This was a seasonal hire. Ivy and her staff are punctual, courteous, and reliable. I would not only recommend them to find their rates reasonable for mowing. The services I order are limited by our monthly budget and other expenses. Please consider this matter resolved. I think I might have created some confusion when I asked for estimates. Ivy understands, as does his wife. If there was any question, I believe it was resolved. I spoke to Ivy this morning and told him I had given him a good review. Yes, I would recommend him to others. At this point, the only confusion I feel comes from Pearl on the Chat line. I had no intent to sue them and they had no intent to sue me. I do not understand why Pearl is referring this to a lawyer. I can not speak to my neighbors about their choices. Those are their decisions. I just take care of what I can afford on our budget for our property.

I&R gave me a two year warranty on the fence post they replaced. I really liked the warranty and quality of the job.

They were there precisely when they said they would be, they did exactly what I needed, and the price the charged was absolutely fair. I will certainly call on them again!

Had a large yard cleanup project, where they were always on time as promised. Very hard working, beating beyond our expectations. Giving us a great experience working with a contractor. Very honest, hard working, and will hire again for more projects.

They were very responsive. Once we agreed on the terms they began work almost immediately. They were courteous, thorough, and professional. Not to mention a good value for the money. I recommend them highly!

They started the work right away at 10 a.m. and worked until 4 p.m. with some time for lunch. I was concerned that he couldn't go up on the roof to cut the branches on the trees. I wanted more branches cut but he said he'd have to come back another time. They took away all the branches and things they cut down. They offered to fix my gate post and I may call them back for that.

Family owned business which I loved. Very timely in estimate response and in beginning and finishing project. Reasonably priced. Cleared away all debris when completed. Hardly knew they were here working! They finished in 1 1/2 days when it was extremely hot and humid. Very impressed by work ethic and customer service. Job well done and will hire again for deck project!

I was very pleased with I & R. They contacted me right away and the next day they were at my home on time gave us an excellent price for the job of cutting my shrubs and removing a small shrub. They cleaned up nice and took away all the debris. I will be contacting them again in the near future. I will also recommend them.

They do all the clean-up before they leave. For a small company, they work really hard. They repaired and replaced parts of our privacy fence. We were very pleased.
