I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. My delivery was scheduled for Saturday, May 30. We stayed home all day waiting for our delivery. No one ever showed, and we never received a phone call. I called the store Sunday morning and the response I received was cavalier at best and totally unconcerned. The young woman said that they had not had enough inventory to fill my delivery order so my delivery had been rescheduled for a week from that Saturday. I asked why no one had bothered to pick up the phone and let me know this. Her response was, “Oh well they should have called you. But your delivery is scheduled for next Saturday. You can call that morning.” I asked why I needed to call if my delivery was rescheduled. And of course in my mind I’m thinking why do I need to call? Do you plan to screw it up again? But I wanted to stay polite and didn’t say any of this. I don’t think I will use them again.

Very well. They arrived on time and installed the carpet in the entire upstairs, including the stairs.

They were very customer-friendly they explain everything that was going on there were a few nicks with my house, I guess from the previous A/C insulation. They told me I had a gas leak and they fixed it with no extra cost. It's not really Home Depot it's like there's subcontractor I guess. I can't remember the company name but they were very helpful. Compared to the others it was cheap because most other companies that I looked at, it was going to be like 5 or up and I only paid 3500 for them. Their quality is, so far the AC is been running fine. It was very quick.

When I called to get the estimate figure it was over $1000 dollars over the in store estimate. They were charging extra to move several items at $100 per item. For example- an empty 4 shelf book case but they would move a full chest of drawers that was larger. One bed they also charged 100 to move and one they refused to move. I have serious back issues and can not move a lot of furniture myself and do not have anyone to help. But to charge 100 per item is crazy! Other than the non refundable fee I did not use them and never will again.

The quality, the cost and the attitude of the guy who came to do the work didn't go so well. The cabinets that were in there were original from 1951 and the wood is in good shape so I saved it. If you call them, they call you right back. They set up the project for two days. Their installer showed up the first day at 10:30 on a Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon he wasn't even close to be finished. He ended up staying in our ktchen up to nine in the night and we told him to come back to come back the next day or on Monday. He said he had a wedding the next day and had some other work on Monday so he had to finish the work Friday night. This was upsetting because he shouln't have been in our house at that crazy time if he'd come to work earlier.

The tiles were generally in stock, they were at a reasonable price and are easier to get than anywhere else.

I wasted my money on a good door. Only to have a bad install.

We had our fence put up in 2005 and had the roof done in 2007. They work well and I accept the truth that they have their own contractors. They have their own subsidiary but their subsidiaries hire sub contractors. Their interaction with us was good and our kitchen remodeling went extremely well. Their sub contractors on that were extremely knowledgeable. They came in right on date, right on schedule and right on everything. We have no complaints about them. It is beneficial because you can pay in installments and I don't think any other company offers that. We have a Home Depot card and that paid everything. Their price was reasonable. Everything they had done was good but I had one bad experience with them. They were responsive.

They did ok but they forgot to clean-up after. It rained a few times during the project which delayed things. I chose Home Depot because they send out their own representatives to manage the contractors so I knew the job would get finished. When it was all said and done it was a relatively painless experience.

The work was good, and the door opens and closes properly. I was able to buy it on sale, so the price and installation was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone that would want to have a new door installed. I went and picked the door out, and within the week it was installed.

Home Depot is a real good company to use. The people who came over were clean and real nice. They got right to work and the doors fit like they are suppose to. They were very skilled workers. I recommend them.

I had to have a new water heater installed last month, because my other one sprung a leak that couldn't be fixed. The installation process did not take long at all. The workers were quick getting the job done and very polite while working in my home. They removed my old water heater for me also. I am a very satisfied customer.

They replaced our old garage door with a new steel door which looks just wonderful and works well. They installed it very quickly and did a nice job. The workers were very friendly and polite, and we are satisfied with their service.

It seemed like the guys who came out to lay my carpet were very knowledgeable. They had the carpeting in within hours, and there were no visible seams showing. I felt the price was very reasonable for a whole room of carpet.

This was one of the quickest jobs I can recall in recent memory. Between the times they called me to let me know the technician was on the way, and the time he finished work, was one hour. That included replacing the hinges, and leveling the door. I wish I could say something about his manners, but he was done so fast, I barley noticed him. The new storm door is much tighter than the original, which helps me with energy bills.

The installation went smooth as silk. It only took a day and a half, and it was done perfectly. The problem was getting the flooring we wanted from Home Depot. They ordered and re-ordered several different times. There was very little communication between us and them. We had to hound them to get our flooring. If it only took a day and a half to put it in, why did it take four months to get the flooring in the first place.

A Father and son contractor came out. Home Depot had subcontracted them for the job. I really liked the way they explained to me how to lock and unlock this security door. They also did a good job of showing me how to change the glass to screen. They were very polite and respectful guys. It was a great service.

The floor is completely level, and there are no blemishes or problem areas. There's nothing we would change about the installation, and the workers cleaned up well after themselves. It took about a day to do this.
