Awning Service
Pros: They came on time, they gave an estimate, they delivered the awning and installed it on time.
Cons: As they were installing the awning, I said I was not pleased with it. They said they were sure they could make it satisfactory. First, I asked that the awning skirt not be cut out for the light fixture. At the time they made the measurements, the light was pointed up and I planned to replace it with a fixture that was pointed down. I had replaced the fixture when they installed the new awning. They cut out the skirt where the ;light fixture was located. The man who gave the estimate and came out for the adjustment was Mr. Hogshire so none of this could be blamed on an employee. The awning did not stretch on the frame work and was not a professional looking product. The stitching came out of the trim around the skirt exposing raw fabric which soon started unraveling. The awning needs to be replaced and I will not use Hogshire again.
