Mr. Harmon was punctual & professional. Unlike his competitors, he did NOT charge a "service" or "diagnostics" fee to determine what the issue was with our neon signage & why it was not lighting properly. Instead, he came in without hesitation to service our signs & right what was wrong with them.
Mr. Harmon & his associate worked around our customers, employees, & regular day-to-day activities within our retail & financial business at the time of service. The price for parts, service & labor was far below what his competitors were quoting. Again, this was with NO "service call" or "diagnostics" fee! When you don't know what the repair cost will be, it's hard to dish out the fee in advance--in some cases, a technician will arrive & you may not feel comfortable with them or trust their work, or work ethics. This is not the case for Harmon Signs--absolutely wonderful work!
Even if they had charged a service or diagnostics fee, the cost would still have been substantially less than any other company in the area.
