 + 4 moreThe renovation went very well and I wouldnt change anything. I contacted HD Enterprises during my 203k Loan process with Wells Fargo. They arrived at the home prepared to listen and provide me with the best possible options for the work on the house. They are an approved vendor with Wells Fargo and very knowledgeable in construction and the 203K process, which made this home improvement project run smoothly. They started and ended the work within the time frame allotted. The project went very well. I will use them for my next home improvement project.
Description of Work: HD Enterprise replaced two HVAC units that had been vandelized. The electrical and plumbing was stripped of the copper in the basement, which kept me from turning on my utilities. They reconnected the plumbing and electrical wires so I could turn on my utilities. They provided landscaping services by removing the dead trees and stumps from my back yard and installed a custom wood fence. They are certified in lead removal and removed the lead as specified by the EPA inspector. They painted the interior and exterior of my home. They replaced doors and locks. They also installed hardwood flooring and new baseboards on the first level and carpet on the second and third level. They were professional, punctual, and the work was done as stated in the contract. They gave me references upon request and answered all my questions during the initial quote. I am very pleased with the finished renovation and would refer them to anyone needing a great contractor.
