Great Scott Tree Service

We've used him several time. He is a personal friend. He did an excellent job of hauling it away, took the stamp out and took another stamp out  that had been pre-existing. He did a pretty good job of making the area look good. He's so busy, its difficult to get on his schedule. He has a very experienced crew.

The other quotes I received were much more expensive. They were great! Much faster than the other top rated landscapers that I called.

Taking down the tree and cleaning up was satisfactory. However, in taking a machine out of my gate, he broke the gate. He took the hinge with him that he broke, saying he would get a new one and repair the gate. However, he never came back and fixed it. I called him numerous times; he did not answer the phone so I left several messages. I got no response from him and eventually someone else repaired the gate for me.

Did a great job and worked with me every step to ensure a great product.

I called. Scott returned called. Estimate was fast and straight forward. Scott ensured I knew, and had the correct number for the Norfolk City and quot;tree expertand quot; since the hackberry was withing 100' of the water. Upon getting City approval, Scott's team showed as promised, did a quality job, and finished as promised. I was referred to Sheila Crawford for stump removal. She was very professional and completed the job very professionally.

Well, they showed up initially to evaluate the tree and determined it needed removal, then removed it in 1 day.

Work was done professionally and promptly. Highly recommend this company. Would use them in the future.

After Hurricane Irene, I needed to have two large tree taken down in my front yard. Scott gave me an estimate on the cost on the spot the day after the Hurricane had passed as he was on the way to emergency jobs. He got back with me as promised and stayed within the estimate he provided even with the long days he and his crew were putting in during this peak time. He explained the timeline for completing the job and his crew started on the day promised. The crew was hard working, professional, and took care not to impact my neighbors landscaping and trees. They cleaned everything up and even took away the large amount of debris I had on the curb as I had to clean up fallen branches and leaves after the Hurricane. They took away the debris not associated with the job without me asking! Fantastic job and my hats off to Scott and his crew.

Their quote was the least expensive. They were able to come out the next day. They arrived about 9am and the tree was gone, yard cleaned up and everything hauled off before 1pm. They did a fantastice job. They even hauled off 15 bags of yard waste and a 4' x 8' pile of limbs plus raked up shrub clippings from the ground which I hadn't gotten picked up from the previous weekend...all without even being asked...for free! I am thoroughly impressed with Scott and his crew and would DEFINITELY recommend them.

Scott was a very knowledgeable guy and got my tree looking great in a very short amount of time. His pricing was also very reasonable for what he did. He cleaned up all the trimmings before he left.
