Amazing. Every employee who has visited is professional, timely, friendly, very knowledgeable about the types of pests and not afraid to get in that crawl space to prevent, clean, and inspect. The operations supervisor called me to discuss the sanitizer they would use after rat removal and proofing. He had already contacted the manufacturer of the product when all I wanted was the name so I could check it out (kids and dog). He provided so much info I never even bothered looking it up myself AND he called me after the service to see how it went and how we were doing!! I cannot provide a higher review. GETEM is top notch!!!

Staff providing the actual services were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I assume the responsibility for not reviewing the contract and thus not understanding the cost for cancelling the contract. Thus I caution everyone to read and discuss the cost of services and determine the cost/benefits of a yearly contract with them and other providers. I did not "shop around" but followed the recommendation of our realtor for extermination services. Life is a live and learn experience and I encourage everyone not to repeat my mistake.

We've always been happy with them. They were pretty prompt. They did really good. They came in when they said they were.

They scheduled the work within days of my calling.  They showed up on time and were very professional.  I just bought this house and discovered that I had a very bad flying ants/carpenter ants problem and they sprayed around the entire house.  The gentleman explained that if I saw any ants after four weeks to call them and they would come spray again - but I have had no other problems at all.  I also signed up for annual termite inspections.  It was well worth the money spent.

They are extremely good. They are very good, honest, reliable people. They come out twice a year to check underneath the house. I have been using htem for 30 years. There's no reason to change.

They come back once a year.  They seem like a pretty good outfit.  I have got a contract with them.

We had to call them to come back and check the traps. I thought that they would come back and check them automatically. I was not as happy with them as I should have been. They came out quickly to give us an estimate.

I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. 

I contacted Getem to control the roach problem I inherited with my new place.  Since I am deathly afraid of bugs, I was practically hysterical when I called Getem.  The receptionist was sympathetic to my plight and managed to get a technician out to my house the same day I called.  John the technician arrived on time.  He inspected my home and suggested some things I could do in an effort to control the roaches.  He was polite, professional and very knowledgable.  After treating my home, John said that within 2-3 days, the roaches should appear to be lethargic and on the verge of dying.  Three days after the treatment, the roaches were as spry and lively as ever--not the least bit lethargic.  I called Getem to cancel the remainder of my contract because the poison they used obviously  wasn't working.  When I spoke with John, he said the poison takes 7-10 days to begin to take effect.  I told him that 7-10 days was a far cry from the 2-3 days he'd told me earlier.  John offered to return to my home and treat it again, but I declined his offer and contacted Orkin instead.

They are very good. They explain everything they are doing as they are doing it. My husband is usually here when they are going around and they tell us if we are having any problems. We've only had a problem once and they took care of that. They come back every year. If we forget, they usually call us, which is nice. They are always on time and the people they send out are always knowledgeable. If they don't find anything they don't tell us that they have found something and spray for nothing.

They are quite good because they are honest and I had bad experiences with other companies. Their service is effective.

They made some recommendations on what we could do to keep critters out. I think what they did was effective. They also came back about a month later to check the traps for us.

My experience was not good. I feel that Getem took advantage of their position as the only company who could give us a Termite Report, as stipulated in our house sale contract. I was disappointed, as I had previously had a good experience.

I have this done once a year and all goes well. They found nothing this time and they were fine. They showed up as scheduled and they were in and out in no time. I have no problems, issues, or concerns with them at all. I am ever pleased.

The inspections were fine, as far as I know, but the costs are now SOARING at Getem.

Excellent service. Courteous and detailed. Representative came right over to remove trapped raccoon and called back to inform me that it was safely taken to animal control center where they found the raccoon to be an expecting mommy. Great to know the raccoon was safely removed from attic. Calling again as I believe there were two up there but only one got caught. If you want the job done right call Getem! They really do Get them!! Reasonable prices too.
