Stefanie was great, we did much of our paperwork through the mail, as we were living in another state at the time. We came out twice to Virginia, once to meet and find a Realtor, and the second time to look for a house. We met with Stefanie both times, and she answered all of our questions prior to us deciding to go with her company, and after we decided to go with her company. She is very personable, very organized, very open, and very good with numbers. We had a very pleasant experience getting this loan, and it was because of Stefanie's timeliness, and her very down-to-earth personality. We have bought a house prior to this, and the mortgage experience was not nearly as smooth and courteous.
