Dr. Alexander and the staff at East Beach Vet Clinic are incomparable.  not only is the quality and level of expertise amazing, but they truly care and take the time to get to know pet and owner as individuals rather than just patients.
We couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of our experiences and we recommend everyone who wants the best for their pets to give East Beach Vet a try----you won't be disappointed!  

I stopped using them in August. This was my fourth visit to the vet and she admitted she had not read the medical file on our dog. I thought that was kind of irresponsible. On two occasions we were given the wrong prescription. There were multiple occasions where I would call and they'd say the vet will call you back and then I'd end up calling four times over a two day period before I get a phone call. The staff themselves are actually very good. They are professional and very nice. I really like the staff but we had issues with the vet.

They do not have the facilities to do proper care - it ended up that my cat has a tumor on her liver that they could not find because they don't have the equipment.  We went through many visits and hundreds of dollars for nothing,  I finally changed vets who discovered what was wrong.  But the worst part of the place was the vet tech (only one in the place!) who was a total jerk to me and acted like SHE was the vet.  She treated me like a child and a bad pet owner.  No one there cared when I complained (possibly, it was never passed on to the vet) so I took my business elsewhere.  I would never recommend them to anyone.

Appointment quickly scheduled, no wait at vet. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I first took this cat (from NACS) to my previous vet last winter due to hair loss. The only advice I got there caused her to throw up her food. Dr. Alexander prescribed correctly and she looks great.
I have also taken my Golden Retriever there and have been happy with the service.

No question too stupid for Dr or Erin, they cheerfully answer all. Have recommended East Beach Vet to neighbors and both are happy.

Phenomenal. This business is clean and staff is professional. When you walk in you and your pet are always greeted with enthusiasm as the staff are always happy to see you both. The vet is quite knowledgable and very friendly. The fact that the business is kept clean puts it far in front of its competitors as typically these sorts of places smell funny or are otherwise unsanitary. I could not be more pleased with this vet. Simply the best! I will stay with this business for the life of my pup, she deserves the best.
