I feel the need to relay the extremely negative experience we had with Done Right Services. We were hiring the owner of DRS from 500 miles away to paint the exterior trim of the house and do some inside carpentry work. The owner was quick to promise good work and fairly good prices, but in reality he was very difficult to get ahold of, arrange times to complete the work, follow the job through to completion, etc. When the owner indicated that the trim was all painted and he wanted final payment, I had a friend go over to inspect the job. My friend indicated that one whole side of the house had not been touched. Another example of DRS?s unsatisfactory work is when he made some internal carpentry repairs. The work was done so poorly that we had to hire another handyman to correct the deficiencies. These incidents, among others, made me feel as though Done Right Services was trying to take clear advantage of us, since we were not nearby to inspect the property ourselves. Based on our experiences, I would not ever use him again myself or recommended him to others.
