De Loach General Contracting

Description of Work: Of the three estimates, his was the best and the quality was above reproach! We've had De Loach General Contracting do a lot of work on my mother's house since our initial business. They put a handicapped accessible addition to my mother's home which included an extension to the home itself, handicapped bathroom. We had new siding done, windows, sidewalk created, new handicapped deck and porch. He's an amazing individua, including things that were never included in the initial costs to assist my mother. Things that he realized would assist her in other areas of the house. He was able to procure the needed permits, and did the construction, having a dock built on the lake that met her back yard; also handicapped to ensure her safety A little secret is that he is also a minister. Everyone of his contractors and construction workers that have come to the house have been so amazing and so good. Each is not only respectful, but kind and catering to the homeowner. I can't complain about any of it. I have since used him on my own home and rental property and will continue to patronize his business as long as he will continue to serve this area!!! He has provided services for three of our properties as well as our neighbors....
