COMP USA

I will NEVER go back to Comp USA!!! I feel that there prices were way out of proportion and wish I had called around to Best Buy or others who have a baseline that is on average $30 less. I am also angry that no diagnostics were performed and the ''TECH'' at Comp USA couldn't tell me WHY the AOL had to be taken out and replaced. I still don't understand how they justify the extra $40 when the disc is FREE right in front of their store!!! These people take advantage of folks who don't know computer lingo. From this point on, I will use an individual who would have been less and done more.

I didn't know exactly what they did because I was computer illiterate. Whatever they did, it was appreciated. The guys who came out were very smart. They knew a lot about computers and how to fix them, unlike me. Anyone who has a computer problem should give them a call. Their price was pretty high, but their service was exceptional.

This is the third time we have brought one of our computers to Comp USA. They usually complete repairs in a couple of days, sometimes a single day, if it is an emergency. They are very good at explaining what the problem was, what they did to repair it, and also what we should do to avoid it from happening again. They have the best computer minds in town.

I am not computer literate and did not understand the repair that was done. I called around and the board that was needed could only be found at CompUSA and they could work on it quickly. The technician tried to explain to me the repair, but I was more concerned that the computer was working now. I have had no problems since.
